How the Klutch Cooling Short Works

Cutaway of the Klutch Short showing the gel pocket

The Klutch Short is built as two shorts in one. A compression inner gives you support and holds the gel pouch in place. A relaxed power-mesh outer hides the tech and stays breathable, so it reads as a clean training short — on the street, in the gym, or in the sauna.

The insert

The cooling comes from a reusable soft-freeze gel insert in a heat-sealed TPU pouch. It chills to a flexible -10°C to -18°C in about two hours and stays soft — no hard block digging in while you move.

The pocket

Slide the frozen insert through a fabric lip into the internal front pocket. It seats securely and stays put through a full range of motion. When you don't need it, leave it out and wear the short like any other.

Inner: 93% poly, 7% spandex micro-ripstop. Outer: 90% nylon, 10% spandex power mesh. Remove the insert, machine wash cold in the mesh bag, hang to dry.
