Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days within Australia. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

We offer 90-day returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, the reusable gel insert must be unused. Start a return by contacting us and we'll send you a prepaid label. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colorway? Contact us within 90 days and we'll sort a swap, subject to availability.
