How do I insert the gel pack?
Freeze the insert, then slide it through the fabric lip opening into the internal front pocket. It seats into a patch-style pocket that holds it securely while you move.
How do I wash them?
Remove the gel insert first. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle in the included mesh bag, then hang to dry. Do not tumble dry or iron. The gel insert wipes clean with a damp cloth.
How long does the gel take to freeze?
About 2 hours in a standard freezer to reach its flexible -10°C to -18°C working range. It stays soft and wearable at that temperature, no hard block.
How should they fit?
The inner compression layer runs true to size, so take your normal size. The outer short sits relaxed over the top with a 7 inch inseam across the range.
Is it safe?
The insert uses a non-toxic soft-freeze gel in leak-proof, heat-sealed construction, no ammonium nitrate. Sustained high heat can affect sperm production, and Klutch is designed to keep that area cool while you take the heat.
